Product walkthrough

One platform, running the
whole operation.

OMNARA sits above the systems a provider already runs — EHR, intake, payer portals — and coordinates the administrative and operational work across them. It is not an EHR and not a chatbot. This is how it works, end to end.

01

A day on OMNARA

An owner or operator signs in once. OMNARA is the only app they need to run the operation.

Morning

Command Center

The day's readiness funnel — Scheduled → Intake → Eligibility → Auth → Ready — with dollars at stake and an attention queue. "Run tomorrow" cascades the day's work through every module at once.

Throughout

Procedure readiness

Each procedure is the connective spine: prior auth, eligibility, intake, scheduling, estimate, referral, documents, communications, and clinical items each feed its readiness — with one-click inline actions. Acting on a lane re-computes readiness live.

Revenue

Revenue operations

Estimates, claims, denials with specific reasons, appeals, and ROI — the financial workflow that turns readiness into collected revenue.

Back office

The whole business

HR & payroll, credentialing & payer enrollment, procurement & supply, and the finance close — trial balance, statements, budgets, period close, reconciliation. Money-moving steps run through an approval → paid loop that posts balanced double-entry journals.

Compliance

Compliance Command Center

A live posture against HIPAA and CMS-0057-F with a Jan 1 2027 countdown, prior-authorization decision-timeframe SLAs, and FHIR Da Vinci readiness.

Prove it

Export & compliance

Export any or all data, including the immutable audit trail, to prove compliance. Every export is tamper-evident and itself logged.

02

How it works

A control plane, not a point tool. The same pipeline runs under every workflow:

ObserveNormalize data from connected systems into one canonical model, with source + provenance retained.
ContextAssemble the patient graph and org graph — the operational truth a decision needs.
PolicyDeterministic, versioned rules decide what is required and what may be automated.
GuardEvery external action is risk-classed; HIGH needs human approval, CRITICAL is refused, and in simulation external effects are intercepted and recorded — never sent.
VerifyOutcomes are checked and written to an immutable audit trail; exceptions escalate to a human.

The AI proposes and classifies. It is never the authority and never the system of record. Policy is deterministic; the ledger and the canonical model are the truth. That is what makes operational autonomy safe to trust.

03

The modules

One architecture, seven ways in — all sharing one context engine, one policy layer, and one governed guard.

Intelligence

Context, agents, and copilots — the reasoning layer across every module.

Clinical

Clinician workspace and clinical readiness. AI drafts; a licensed clinician commits every clinical action.

Operations

Readiness orchestration, scheduling, intake, work queues, exceptions.

Finance

Estimates, claims, denials, the finance close, payroll, procurement — with a human-approved money-movement loop.

Patient

Front door, communications, and portal — the patient-facing experience.

Data

Immutable audit, tamper-evident exports, and the compliance command center.

Connect

Integrations and FHIR interoperability — the universal adapter to the systems you run.

04

Built for scale & real-time

The data paths are designed to stay flat as data grows into the millions. Offset pagination scans and discards every skipped row; keyset pagination seeks straight to a cursor through an index — constant cost at any depth.

Page depth (500,000 rows)OffsetKeysetSpeed-up
Page 14.2 ms1.4 ms3×
Row 250,00018.3 ms1.4 ms13×

  • Streaming exports with bounded memory — a multi-million-row export streams row by row and never buffers in server memory.
  • Tenant isolation enforced in the database (row-level security) on every query, so data never crosses organizations.
  • Operational posture — connection pooling, rate limiting, request-id correlation, and liveness/readiness probes.

The 500k-row benchmark shows the shape of the two curves — a property of the query plans, not the hardware. Sustained multi-million-row throughput is validated on production-sized infrastructure as part of a deployment.

05

The safety model

Why an owner can trust operational autonomy here.

No autonomous money movement

Payroll, purchase orders, and vendor payments require human approval; approval posts balanced double-entry journals. The system of record is the ledger, never the AI.

Deterministic action guard

Every external side effect is risk-classed. HIGH requires human approval, CRITICAL is rejected, and in simulation external actions are intercepted and recorded, never sent.

PHI hygiene & isolation

PHI stays out of logs, URLs, and model prompts. Row-level security scopes every query to one tenant, and all PHI access is audited.

Fail safe, never silent

After a critical failure the system stops and escalates to a human rather than continuing a workflow.

06

What's live vs. what's next

Stated plainly, because trust is the product. Nothing that needs a credentialed environment is faked.

Working today

  • End-to-end readiness, revenue, back-office, and the finance close on synthetic data
  • Compliance posture, prior-auth SLA, and tamper-evident exports
  • Complete, governed integration abstractions running in simulation
  • The scale paths (keyset pagination, streaming exports) and edge hardening

Turns on with a contract

  • Live connectors — payer FHIR, clearinghouse/X12, bank/ACH, distributor EDI, SSO/SCIM
  • Production TLS, KMS / PHI-at-rest encryption, managed event broker
  • A formal WCAG 2.1 AA audit and a third-party HIPAA assessment before any external certification claim
  • Scale validation on production-sized infrastructure

See it run your operation, end to end.
